its happened in life.. u were in a different kind of relationship
u fall in love.. u break up.. u fall in love again and u break up again..
all of these doesnt make u weak person.. its give u experiences to grow up
and be a better person.. learn from mistake..

everybody has their own experience.. and their life expectation..
but.. what make us move forward.. we all have dream.. and faith.. hope..
we keep our dream alive but having faith.. and hoping for the best..

in the end.. we just go for it.. eventho we might fail.. but at least
we tried..

last week, i went to kedai tomyam near my house.. pastu tepi kedai tomyam..
ade kedai berger.. standard ar kt kedai berger.. ade la bertengek beberapa manusia berkaum melayu.. aku wat bodo n x pandang ar..

pastu aku pn order la food.. tapau je.. masa aku tgh tggu makanan... aku tgk la sekeliling.. kt kedai tu.. majoriti muka dak2 bawah umur aku... anak2 pakcik2 yg rival dgn aku masa aku kanak hingga remaja..

dr ape yg aku tgk.. dr gaya pemakaian... cam rempit, isap rokok, rambut warna warni cam badut...
aku terpk.. ni mmg trend skrg ke.. or mmg bile remaja gaya mmg camni ke.. or just dorg ni je..
kdg2 terpk gk aku.. dulu aku camni ke.. hehehe...

tu la malay dilemma... tun mahathir penah tulis buku dier psl malay dilemma.. nk sedarkan org melayu.. tp aku tgk.. ntah la..

bile di pk kan blk... dak2 melayu skrg.. mmg la teruk...

hehhee.. yeah...im back... just finished my exam this morning... time to blog again..
hohohoh...i had been travelling a lot... around malaysia..
so.. wanna share some info..
from my experience and some info from others too

when u r travelling...here is some of important things u need..
1. money... hehehe... a major factor..
2. accompanion.. but.. in some case... mayb its better to travel alone..hehe
if ur frenz cite lebur dr awl.. oh.. ur frenz mengelabah sgt masa travel..x best gk
3. passport or id... when u travel outside ur country...(at least have some emergency contact inside ur wallet or pants)
4. a comfortable beg.. backpack..its depends on how long u wanna travel..n place..
5. a map... at least do some research bout the place u wanna go...
try to find info bout...a) local interest..or place of interest
b) food or restaurant
c) transportation...in some place.. better book earlier.. cheaper price
d) accomodation.. better book earlier too..takut clash with any event.. so tdo bustop je kang..
e) learn some basic language... if its not english
f) try to take note.. bout some cultural issues.. in some place.. u.. yes u.. the HOT girl.. u cant wear HOT pants... or better not..
g) check local calendar... for any special event.. u might wanna join them

6. bring along ur medicine.. in case tiba2 nk terburai... rasa mual.. ngada2
7. better bring a camera... to capture the great moment..heeeeee
8. spare some energy food.. such as energy bar.. or choc... and a bottle of plain water
9. for those yg pelupa...mayb its a good idea for u to make a checklist for all ur things...
10. wear a comfortable shirt and shoes.. heel not advisable...
11. always make sure ur cellphone is fully charged before start travelling...and with credit...dammittt..hahaha
12. its a good idea for u to bring a small book...mayb u wanna write a journal... eyahhhhh..

this is a day mmg semua org x suka..
kecuali org pantai timur or kedah..
coz dorg start keje study ari ahad...hehehe

so.. this morning.. i wake up early..bgn2.. rasa mls gile..
tp pk bcoz ada test..ku kuatkan ati gi mandi air sejuk..huhuh
infact 2 test.. yeahhh
cadem and hubungan etnik... dua2 paper baca...

lepas mandi..relax2 jap.. baca news di pagi hari... br gerak gi fact..
smpi2.. gi sarap.. (sarapan penting utk otak..bkn perut ye rakan2..so jgn menteke darah pagi2..heheh) so i just had karipap, roti telur and kuih tradisional ape ntah dgn air nescefa ais..even batuk..yeahhh..

pastu baca note skit.. pastu masuk test.. mmg best gile ar test cadem... ape yg baca 20% je kuar.. yeahhh... berjaya mengantoi kan diri..hehehe
time test la perut nk wat hal..yeahh...berlari ku ke toilet..

then..after that.. kiteorg lepak2... tggu clas cecair dua...
tggu punya tnggu..seperti dijangka.. lecterur x masuk lg... mmg best ar dier ni...ponteng mengalah kan student...so.. kiteorg gi la ptar study..hubungan etnik coz japgi ada test..
smpi ptar... jumpe plak buku best..buku pic2 malaysia dr zaman melaka smpi skrg...usha punya usha... dh bazir sejam..yeahh....

pastu mengelabah nk baca note..hehhe.. test kul 2... so.. baca kejap..perut dh lapar..
gi la makan kt cafe...punya la mahal..lauk dgn sayur dh 4.30..hehe... pastu dh kenyang..

today is sunday... sad sunday evening blues...
yesterday... tenet wat hal... bole wat gado tul...hhhehehe

back to the title.. "hectic life"
"someone" pernah said to me.. that "someone" like hectic life... eventho.. masa mula2.. b4 that "someone" start to choose hectic life tu... i dh
bg gambaran in future camne...hhehee... tp that "someone" tetap berkeras...
and as someone yg kenal that "someone".. i support that "someone" whatever
that "someone" did.. in the end..."someone" fed up with hectic life and complaining with me..
and again.. as someone yg kenal that "someone"... i had to comfortkn "someone"...

Demam Denggi merupakan sejenis penyakit yang disebabkan oleh jangkitan virus Denggi (genus Flavivirus) yang disebar oleh nyamuk Aedes betina.

Virus Denggi akan terpendam di dalam badan pesakit selama 3 - 14 hari (purata 4 hingga 6 hari) sebelum menunjukkan tanda-tanda. Pesakit mungkin akan mengalami demam mengejut diikuti dengan berbagai-bagai tanda dan gejala tidak khusus.

nyamuk Aedes aegypti (hanya kadang-kala oleh Aedes albopictus). ni ar nyamuk pdg jawa yg awesome!!!! legendary nye nyamuk

skrg ni, xde ubat khusus untuk merawat penyakit itu kecuali aktiviti pencegahan adalah amat penting.

Rawatan utama adalah terapi sokongan. Pesakit digalakkan untuk mengekalkan makan, terutamanya minum air (100plus smpi korg rasa nk muntah!!).

Sekiranya pesakit tidak mahu / mampu minum, tambahan melalui cecair intravena mungkin diperlukan untuk menghalang kekeringan dan hemoconcentration teruk (kire masuk air..pastu korg sorong la air tu kehulu kehilir..nk mandi pn susah)

Malaysia (2006): 34,386 + 3 (aku, angah, paan) kes dikesan dengan 70 kematian.

Mengenal pasti demam denggi

Antara tanda-tanda demam denggi ialah:

Demam kuat yang mengejut dan berterusan
Bintik merah pada kulit
Sakit teruk pada tulang-tulang, otot-otot, sendi-sendi, biji mata dan kepala
Berdarah pada badan, hidung dan mulut
Hilang selera makan
Muntah-muntah
Sakit perut
rasa pahit pada lidah

smlm.. yeahh... semlm.. i went to kfc..with my family... my mom, my younger sista n bro....
lepas shopping kt carefour... biasa ar... fast food = long queue... kalah beratur gi gig.. ehhehe... yg nk makan nye my little bro tu... yg beratur mmg i sorg...terbaik... (btw im not sure kfc kene ban coz isreal issue or not..do tell me)... nk di jdkan blog...cite dier cmni...

masa tu.. i tgh makan... n i nmpk one family masuk kfc tu.. 2 adult.. 3 kids...
yg nk makannye anak dier.. beriaa2... yg bapaknye cam mls.. pastu dorg pn duduk...
